On Sunday, October 25th and Monday, October 26th, 2026, Taste Alto Piemonte will take center stage in Giardini Naxos. The Delta Hotels by Marriott will host the event, promoted by the Consorzio Tutela Nebbioli Alto Piemonte in collaboration with AIS Sicilia – Delegazione AIS Taormina , one of the main promoters of the initiative in the area. The event will be open to the public and will be an important opportunity to showcase the wines and the Alto Piemonte region to industry professionals, the press, and wine enthusiasts.

” Bringing the wines and terroir of Alto Piemonte to Sicily has a tangible value for us: it allows us to meet an attentive audience and showcase the work of our producers in a region with a profound winemaking culture ,” says Lorella Zoppis, vice president of the Consorzio Tutela Nebbioli Alto Piemonte . ” In past editions, Taste Alto Piemonte has stopped in Novara, Stresa, Milan, Rome, and Naples, attracting interest from enthusiasts and professionals alike. Giardini Naxos will represent an important step, as it will host this initiative in Sicily for the first time. We will present the new vintages and the differences between our appellations, allowing the wines to demonstrate and testify to their profound connection to the places where they are born. ”

Fundamental to the event’s success is the contribution of AIS Sicilia – AIS Taormina Delegation, which will support the Consortium in its promotional and outreach efforts, enhancing the encounter between the excellent winemaking products of Alto Piemonte and the Sicilian public.

The tasting tables will feature the latest vintages of Boca DOC, Bramaterra DOC, Colline Novaresi DOC, Coste della Sesia DOC, Fara DOC, Gattinara DOCG, Ghemme DOCG, Lessona DOC, Sizzano DOC, and Valli Ossolane DOC. Visitors will be able to taste expressions of the different areas of Alto Piemonte, defined by soil, altitude, climate, and grape varieties.
