An event entirely dedicated to wine lovers, craft beer enthusiasts, those curious about the world of spirits, and anyone looking to discover new alcohol-free products. The Torino Drink Market , scheduled for Sunday, November 30th at the AC Hotel by Marriott Turin , is a meeting place for select producers and the public, where you can taste, discover, and directly purchase a selection of top-quality Italian and international beverages.
Created by Spiriti in Cantina , Torino Drink Market also takes on the tones of Christmas: a perfect opportunity to choose a different gift, made of authentic flavours and stories to tell, and discover the right bottles for holiday toasts.
Thirty producers—including winemakers, brewers, distillers, and artisanal beverage producers —will present their products for tasting, offering the public the opportunity to sample, discuss, and purchase directly.
From rediscovered native grape varieties to spirits made with local botanicals, to historic breweries and new ventures born from a passion: each product tells an authentic story, to be experienced and taken home as a gift with a soul.
Each producer will be present in person to share their vision of taste, with a focus on quality, sustainability, and local roots.
Langhe winemakers will be there, such as Cecilia Monte, Stefano Gagliasso, and Baudana Flavio, who interpret the classic Nebbiolo and Barbera with the finesse of small-scale production; historic Monferrato producers like Cascina Gilli, Poggio Ridente, and Roggero Vini, along with the solid cooperative Sei Castelli.
The horizon broadens with Galantéa and Lusitania Vini, who bring for tasting research labels from France, Spain and Portugal , and with George – Tre Qvevri, Turin ambassador of Georgian wines in amphora.
Special attention is given to women in wine and craftsmanship who unite terroir, inclusion, and creativity. Beatrice Cortese, Cecilia Monte, Gringhigna, Tenuta La Pergola, La Stellara, and Aimino Jyothi de L’erm are the protagonists of a viticulture that combines roots and innovation, sensitivity and contemporary vision.
Alongside the winemakers, a selection of independent producers of taste : the Campanian brewery Akudunniad, the historic brand Metzger1848, the artisanal spirits of Distillerie Bosso and CandeGIN, up to Mintriga, a young Piedmontese mint liqueur from Pancalieri.
There will also be space for new fermented drink cultures , with Melly’s Kombucha and TibiLab, and for the medicinal herbs of Yacamo, a Turin-based laboratory of herbal teas and botanical blends.
Completing the experience are the signature desserts from Pasticceria Capello and the gourmet offerings from Eredi Borgnino, perfect for those who love to give a taste experience.
Throughout the day, the public will be able to participate in masterclasses, guided tastings, talks, and experiences , to explore the different identities of the territories and learn to choose consciously.
