The production (Amarone, Recioto, Valpolicella, …) amounts to about 1,930 hl in bulk wine, and 860 hl bottled for about 93,000 bottles.

Company 4:

The company is made up of 13 fenced hectares all planted with vineyards for about 85% with Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella varieties and for about 15% with native varieties, such as Oseleta and Croatina, permitted by the Valpolicella Disciplinary. Currently the production is all in Valpolicella Classico.

In 2020 the company obtained the Organic Company Certificate.

The maximum production envisaged by the disciplinary of 105 quintals/hectare is widely reached and, as per the disciplinary, a quantity equal to 100% of the production/hectare foreseen by the wine register can be purchased.

The vines are arranged in a “retouch” and the branches are arranged with the “Guyot” system; there is no irrigation system as the conformity and quality of the land do not require it.

The company has no employees; the maintenance, harvesting and production works are carried out by the owner with the help of teams of operators in the sector; the harvest is done mechanically.

The company has approx. 3,000 of buildings of which sqm. 500 intended for accommodation and the remaining 2,500 for wine production.

The plants present form a complete mobile production line up to bottling (excluding) and is made up of cutting-edge equipment in the sector, such as for example a berry recognition crusher which allows a pre-selection of the product, with the discarding of aborted or damaged berries, leaves, stalks, etc.

On a covered area of ​​approx. 1,000 accommodate 415 barriques.

There are tanks for a capacity of 1,100 quintals, and the availability of residual space makes it possible to double the production capacity.

Despite having its own registered trademark, the current company choice is to sell the wine directly from the tank; prices net of VAT for the last vintage were Euro 1.85/litre for Valpolicella, Euro 7.50/litre for Amarone and Euro 3.00/litre for Ripasso. Current stock is minimal.

The company is equipped with a solar panel system for the production of hot water, a biomass boiler and a 12.5 Kw photovoltaic system with Tesla storage batteries and can be increased up to 45 Kw: the company is energetically self-sufficient.

The area intended for the accommodation business is divided into 10 lodgings, a meeting room, a kitchen and a dining room. Currently only the bed and breakfast service is provided, but it is already structured for expansion to catering.

Legally the company is a simple agricultural company.

The property is available to run the company for one year following the sale.

The company is km. 13 from the Verona Est motorway exit and km. 15 from Piazza Brà (Verona Arena).

Family-run farm in Valpolicella rich in lived history.

About 20 hectares of land on the Valpolicella hills with 15 hectares of vineyards, 12 of which surround the cellar:

The warehouse stabilizes at 1 million bulk wine in barrels.

About 150,000 bottles are produced, with an annual revenue of 1,300,000 euros and a profit of about 400 thousand euros.

The markets are divided: 40% in Italy and 60% abroad (USA, Canada, Europe, Switzerland, Japan, Taiwan, etc.)
