The company philosophy aims to protect a still uncontaminated territory, very rich in plant and animal species still in the wild.
The result – based on organic and biodynamic cultivation methods – is the production of artisanal wines fermented by indigenous yeasts and low in sulphites, vinified – restoring a technique of the past – in terracotta jars. The processing and production are therefore managed with the minimum use of mechanical means and chemical products.
