The winery, located in the province of Treviso and in the past the heart of the farm, now houses the best technologies for the production of still and sparkling wines.
The articulated winemaking process starts from the vineyards to end in the cellar: in fact, each phase that leads to the transformation of the grapes into wine takes place within the estate, from the processing of the must to the storage of the bottles.
The cellar, of about 600 square meters, has a capacity of 10,000 hectoliters and can bottle both Prosecco Asolo, Docg, Doc and others. Today it bottles 120,000 bottles a year and 280,000 for other wineries.
