The structure of the Colli Orientali Agricultural Viticultural Society is composed as follows:

The land owned by the company has been certified DOC COLLI ORIENTALI; it is located in the municipalities of Tarcento and Tricesimo in a single lot for a total area of ​​151,820 square meters, in practice 15 hectares.

11 hectares (110,000 square meters) of vineyard shares have already been purchased on the land, while the rest are arable land. 5.5 hectares have already been planted in March 2020 (2 in Pinot Nero DOC, 2 in Refosco del Peduncolo Rosso DOC and 1.5 in Friulano DOC) while the remaining 5.5 hectares will be planted in April 2021 (2 in Pinot Nero DOC, 1.5 A Friulano DOC, 0.5 in Glera and 1.5 probably in Chardonnay DOC).

As a land area, the construction of a cellar (production capacity of about 5,000 q) and the construction of a tool shed of about 600 square meters have already been approved by the Municipality of Tarcento.

In addition, the property is already in possession of another 4,000 cubic meters of construction for a possible Agriturismo with SPA.
