For this new edition we move to an exceptional location:

Also near the hotel is the Barberini Metro stop.

and two large guarded car parks

The event format remains the same as always

The facility offers us all the support we need for storing wine and materials, providing a dedicated warehouse for the event.

The third edition of the Vermouth Fair returns to Turin to celebrate 240 years of Vermouth.

Turin and Piedmont celebrate 240 years of one of the most iconic symbols of the region as historical and contemporary capitals of the distillate.

Turin and Piedmont are preparing to host the third edition of the Vermouth Show : the first and only Italian event entirely dedicated to Vermouth , an excellence born in the Piedmontese capital in 1786. A now consolidated event in the national panorama of quality drinks, which will return to the prestigious setting of the National Museum of the Italian Risorgimento from Saturday 21 to Sunday 22 February 2026 .

Alongside the two main days of the Vermouth Show, from February 16th to 22nd 2026, the city will be enlivened by the OFF week , which will extend the event to the entire city, with widespread events and gatherings that will combine culture, taste, and conviviality, strengthening the bond between Vermouth and the urban fabric of Turin. The Vermouth Show also stands out as the only Italian Vermouth event to include an exclusive B2B day . This edition will feature an important new feature for 2026: Monday, February 23rd , a half-day dedicated to the trade, designed as a time for producers, buyers, distributors, and industry professionals to meet, network, and discuss ideas.

The first and only Italian event entirely dedicated to Vermouth, the Show returns to the city where the spirit was officially born in 1786 , confirming its position as the benchmark event in the national and international panorama of quality drinks. The 2026 edition thus takes on a particularly significant symbolic value , strengthening the historical, cultural, and economic bond between Vermouth and the Piedmont region, recognized internationally for its excellence.

The Vermouth Show will also involve all the major producers, industry professionals, and enthusiasts, offering a two-day event dedicated to the culture of Vermouth , featuring tastings, meetings, masterclasses, and in-depth discussions. The event is a true cultural and educational hub , showcasing the evolution of Vermouth from its origins to its central role in the contemporary aperitif, highlighting production, mixology, and its connection with gastronomy.

Conceived and curated by Laura Carello , the Vermouth Show confirms its role as a strategic platform for the cultural and economic promotion of Vermouth and for strengthening Turin’s image as the historic and contemporary capital of the spirit , contributing to the city’s tourism and food and wine development, with a careful eye on innovation, sustainability and the future of the sector.

Federdoc: Italian Cuisine a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a recognition that enhances national identity.

UNESCO: Italian Cuisine is an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.

Federdoc: “An award that enhances national identity and the role of Designations of Origin in Italian culture.”

Federdoc welcomes with great satisfaction UNESCO’s decision to inscribe Italian Cuisine on the List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. This is an exceptionally significant achievement for our country, a recognition that highlights the richness of a unique cultural system, founded on traditions, territories, shared knowledge, and a millennia-old relationship with agriculture.

This prestigious recognition recognizes the entire Italian agri-food supply chain, and we also want to highlight the contribution of wine with Designation of Origin (DOC) , an integral and inseparable part of our gastronomic identity. For decades, Geographical Indications have preserved the memory of territories, the work of local communities, and a wealth of expertise that makes Italian cuisine a culturally unique experience.

Federdoc expresses its appreciation for the commitment shown by the Minister of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry, Francesco Lollobrigida , who resolutely supported the candidacy, making a decisive contribution to achieving this historic result.

“UNESCO’s decision ,” stated Federdoc President Giangiacomo Gallarati Scotti Bonaldi, “ officially confirms what Italy and the world have always recognized: Italian cuisine is a cultural heritage encompassing history, tradition, and identity. Designation of Origin wines represent a fundamental component of this, as they are an authentic expression of the regions and their capacity for preservation and innovation. We wish to thank Minister Lollobrigida for the support and vision that have accompanied this journey, strengthening our country’s role in protecting and promoting its excellence.”

Federdoc emphasizes that this title also carries a responsibility: to continue with renewed commitment to protecting and promoting Designations of Origin, a guarantee of quality, traceability, culture, and sustainability.
