The great Roman festival dedicated to Italian rosés is back!
Tuesday, July 1, 5-11pm, Villa Appia Antica, Rome.
Over 130 labels to taste and a food area designed to welcome adults and children.
Everything is ready for the fourteenth edition of Bererosa , the great event dedicated to Italian rosé wines created by the editorial staff of Cucina & Vini, which will be held on July 1st in the beautiful open spaces of Villa Appia Antica .
Like every year, Bererosa will take place with the Walk Around Tasting formula, which will allow the public to taste labels of absolute value, walking freely in the enchanting Appia Antica Park, combining them with a large selection of food proposals.
And for this fourteenth edition, the food area has been designed to welcome families who want to spend a day outdoors. In fact, the Bererosa2025 team will include two important partners! Cosmic Crisp ® the apple with Celestial Pleasure. Extremely juicy, extraordinarily crunchy and with the perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, it is a delight that inspires wonder and freedom, the special taste that accompanies every moment of the day, from dawn to dusk. It is a real game changer in the apple panorama, for its ability to evoke unique sensations, build memorable experiences and represent a love brand for a modern and trendy audience. The Cosmic Crisp® team will be present at Bererosa with apples both in delicious combinations and in drinks, and with a fantastic hot air balloon available to the public!
And again for the food part there will be Pescaria, the first Italian fast food with seafood sandwiches born exactly 10 years ago in Polignano a Mare. The Apulian brand will be present with its branded food truck where it will prepare the iconic sandwiches express! First of all the now signature one stuffed with octopus and then, many other creations in a seafood key but all also available in the vegetarian version for those who request it. And obviously there will be no shortage of fried seafood and vegetable cones .
To complete the food offering of Bererosa2025 there will be Sfornaio with stuffed Roman pizza and fried sweets from Supplì Bros.
