Mansué (TV), Sunday 25 May from 10:00 to 18:00
Tenute Tomasella is ready to welcome wine enthusiasts, families and the curious for the highly anticipated event Cantine Aperte , which will be held on Sunday 25 May from 10:00 to 18:00 . With the warm weather, the desire for conviviality and outdoor life returns and Cantine Aperte is back, the event now in its thirty-second edition, promoted by the Movimento Turismo del Vino that since 1993 has accompanied wine tourists and wine lovers to discover the territories and wines that make Italy unique.
A whole day immersed in beauty, from the vineyards, to discover the authentic flavors and excellence of the territory. Located in Mansué, in the province of Treviso, Tenute Tomasella extends over 50 hectares of vineyards, 10 in Friuli and 40 in Veneto, between the DOC Friuli and the Prosecco DOC Treviso, embodying a perfect balance between two border territories.
For over fifty years, the Tomasella family has made viticulture an art based on respect for natural rhythms and deep listening to what the earth is able to offer, a place where viticulture follows the rhythm of nature. The company has started the process of conversion to organic farming, which will be completed by 2026. In line with this sustainable vision, it has invested in the creation of a beekeeping-arboreal oasis and in the innovative hybrid robot Icaro X4 , which uses UV-C rays to protect the vines from the main pathogens, reducing the use of pesticides.
Tenute Tomasella is much more than a winery, it is a place to live. The villa , next to the cellar that hosts the headquarters, is surrounded by a beautiful park where, on the occasion of Cantine Aperte, activities and games will be developed also for the little ones . The program of the day also includes visits to the cellar suitable for different needs. Right in the cellar, the bond with the land will become the spokesperson of stories of tradition and passion that give life to the best winemaking expression of a border territory. Each Tenute Tomasella wine reveals a strong identity, in which the characteristics of these territories are exalted in their uniqueness.
The “Cantine Aperte” program of Tenute Tomasella is full of engaging experiences: guided tours of the cellar with tastings, tours of the vineyards on board the ape car or by bicycle , to discover the territory in an authentic and fun way. With the purchase of a glass it will be possible to taste the company’s wines, served by a sommelier who will accompany the tasting with explanations and curiosities.

Company profile breve The history of Tenute Tomasella began in 1965 , when Luigi Tomasella founded the winery in Mansué, in the province of Treviso. After more than thirty years of producing bulk wine, the company passed into the hands of his son Paolo, the current owner, who revolutionized production, leading the company to sell most of its wine in bottles in the 2000s. Since then, Tenute Tomasella has carried out a production focused on the search for the best qualitative expression of its production, with an approach that seeks to have the least impact possible, respecting nature and biodiversity. For this reason, in the vineyard the work is manual for all varieties, with the exception of Glera, with selection of the grapes.
