Genoa, the capital of natural wine: VinNatur returns to the Magazzini del Cotone on February 8th and 9th.

In the City of the Lanterna, producers from Italy and abroad will gather for the new edition of the event dedicated to natural wine. New: a digital platform to navigate wineries and enjoy tastings.

VinNatur Genova, the exhibition dedicated to natural wines, returns to the Magazzini del Cotone spaces in the Porto Antico on Sunday 8th and Monday 9th February 2026.

The event, now in its sixth year, is organized by VinNatur – Associazione Viticoltori Naturali, an organization founded in 2006 to bring together Italian and European producers committed to viticulture that respects the land, the grapes, and the local identity. Ninety winemakers from 14 Italian regions , Argentina, Germany, and Slovenia will be present at the stands.
New for the 2026 edition is the debut of a digital platform accessible directly from the Association’s website, designed as a personal guide to the event : without any downloads, visitors can browse the producers’ profiles and navigate the wines available for tasting at the tasting tables. Camillo Donati , Vice President of VinNatur, explains: “This new digital tool will make it even easier to learn about the wineries and the wines available for tasting, without sacrificing the authenticity of a direct encounter with the winemakers.”
On both days, the event will be open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm . Visitors will be able to engage directly with the winemakers , learn more about natural cultivation and winemaking techniques, and discover wines that express the diversity of the terroirs, the balance of the soil, and the importance of healthy agriculture: these are the founding principles of the VinNatur Association, which has invested in research, training, and internal controls for years to ensure transparency and quality for consumers.
“Natural wine is, first and foremost, a story preserved through shared, informed, and respectful choices,” Donati continues. “With this edition’s poster, which depicts a bottle being pushed by a shoal of anchovies—representing VinNatur members, producers, and enthusiasts—we wanted to pay homage to a collective journey. The bottle advancing in the sea isn’t a drifting object, but rather carries a clear message: environmental awareness and the quality of raw materials are the values we bring to VinNatur Genova.”
Tickets for the event can only be purchased on-site . A daily ticket costs €25 and includes a tasting glass and a drink redeemable in the food court.

VinNatur was founded in 2006 with the aim of uniting small natural wine producers from Italy and Europe in an association that allows them to promote their products: wines produced through healthy agriculture that excludes the use of pesticides, herbicides, and chemical fertilizers, favoring natural practices. At the same time, the Association aims to foster the development of specific expertise in viticulture and natural winemaking. Over the years, the number of member producers has grown significantly, reaching the current 300 companies from twelve different countries.
